Bookings are confirmed only upon written or verbal agreement with our team along with an advance payment, as applicable. Menu and guest count should be finalized at least 3-5 days prior to the event.
Menu customizations are welcome up to the finalization deadline agreed with our coordinator. Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated.
Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on proximity to the event date and preparation already undertaken.
We recommend confirming final guest counts at least 2 days before the event. Significant last-minute increases may be subject to availability.
Subhiksha Catering Service maintains strict hygiene and quality standards. We are not liable for issues arising from external storage or handling of food after service has concluded.
